Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect the following data:

• Registration data: e-mail address, password (stored in encrypted form).
• Venue profile data: name, address, description, photos, prices, owner contact details (e-mail, phone number).
• Booking data: stay dates, number of guests, guest contact details provided during an inquiry.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited on the site, visit duration (server logs).
• Cookies: details in section 7.

• Account data: for the duration of the account, and after deletion for the period required by law (up to 5 years).
• Venue and booking data: for the period of account holder activity plus the statute of limitations for claims (up to 3 years).
• Server logs: up to 12 months.
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Technical service providers (hosting, e-mail, payments) acting on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Public authorities (e.g. courts, law enforcement) only when we are legally required to do so.

Some of our providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards in compliance with GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

The Biverio platform uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: user session, CSRF token — required for the platform to function, no consent needed.
• Functional cookies: remembering language preferences and settings — based on legitimate interests.
• Analytical cookies: traffic statistics (Google Analytics or similar) — with your consent.

You can manage cookies at any time in your browser settings or withdraw consent through our cookie settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some platform features from working.

8. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. All communication with the platform is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never available in plain text.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. We will notify users of significant changes via the e-mail address associated with their account or through a notice on the platform. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
