How Biverio Works

Zero commission, always

Most booking platforms take a cut of every payment. Biverio doesn't — guests pay hosts directly, in full.

Biverio's own subscription fee (see pricing) is completely separate from what a guest pays you for their stay.

For guests

Booking a stay on Biverio, from search to check-in.

   Search & browse

   No account needed to look around — find a place, check availability and pricing.

   Request a stay

   Pick your dates and guest count, and send a request. Creating an account only takes a minute.

   Deposit, if the host requires one

   Some hosts ask for a deposit upfront. You'll get the exact amount and payment details by email, with a deadline to pay.

   Booking confirmed

   Once everything's settled, your dates are locked in and the calendar is blocked for you.

   Check-in reminder

   As your stay approaches, you'll get a reminder about the remaining balance (unless you've agreed to pay in cash on arrival) and a separate request to fill in a short check-in form.

   Access instructions & check-in

   Once the final payment is confirmed, the host sends you everything you need to get in.

   Leave a review after checkout

   The host may send you a link to rate your stay (1–5 stars plus a short comment) — after a brief review, it appears on the venue page and helps other guests.

Getting your venue listed

From sign-up to your first booking request.

   Create an account, or start by building your listing first and sign up at the end.

   Photos, nightly pricing, fees, guest-selectable paid extras (e.g. sauna, hot tub) charged per stay, per night or per guest, amenities, house rules — a guided 3-step wizard. Got several units at one address? Group them under one shared page.

   Make your venue visible in search and bookable by guests.

   30-day free trial

   Fully visible and bookable, no card required, no strings attached.

   Subscribe to stay visible

   After the trial, a small monthly fee per venue (15 EUR/month) keeps you listed. Miss it, and your venue is just hidden — never deleted.

Running a booking

What happens after a guest sends a request — every step here also updates the booking's status and, unless noted, emails the guest automatically.

   Confirm it outright, or, if you require a deposit, send a preliminary confirmation with your payment details.

   Deposit paid, direct to you

   The guest transfers it straight to your account. Confirm it's arrived and the booking is fully locked in.

   Payment reminder

   Sent whenever suits you, with the remaining balance. Skip it if you already know you'll settle up in cash at check-in.

   Payment resolved — transfer or cash

   Once the rest lands in your account, confirm full payment; if you're agreeing to cash on arrival instead, mark that with one click. Either way unlocks the next steps.

   Check-in reminder

   A separate message asking for the guest's check-in details, with no payment content.

   Access instructions & check-in

   Share your lockbox code or entry details, and confirm with one click once the guest has actually checked in.

   Request a review, rate the guest

   From the suggested follow-ups list, send the guest an invitation to rate their stay, and leave your own private rating of the guest — visible only to hosts, useful for future requests.

Managing several venues at once? The Calendar item in your dashboard sidebar shows reservations from every published venue on a single month view, each in its own color, together with one merged suggested-actions list — instead of switching between each venue's own calendar.

Tools that support renting

You'll find them in your dashboard under Tools — they need at least one published venue, and after the trial they're part of your subscription. You pick each tool for a specific venue, and the generators produce print-ready PDFs. The host guide describes each in detail.

  Checks a date range against every venue you own at once — handy when a guest asks you directly, before they send a request.

• Analytics

  Revenue, occupancy and how well requests turn into bookings for a chosen venue — helps you set pricing and season length.

• Marketing calendar

  Biverio scans a chosen venue's calendar for the coming weeks, flags empty weekends, gaps and upcoming holidays, and the AI drafts ready-to-post captions you can edit, copy, schedule and mark as published.

• Flyer generator

  A print-ready venue flyer with a QR code to your listing — to hand out locally or share online.

• Regulation generator

  A full venue regulation PDF: bookings, deposit, cancellations, check-in, GDPR. Turn on "Self check-in available" if guests can get in without you present.

• Sauna rules generator

  A print-ready safe-use guide for the sauna, to hang right next to it.

• Hot tub / jacuzzi rules generator

  A print-ready usage guide for the hot tub or jacuzzi: rules, safety, water care.

• Guest guide generator

  One link with everything a guest needs: WiFi, parking, times, house rules. Includes a form the guest uses to submit their check-in details.

• WiFi guest card

  A printout with a scan-to-join QR code — the guest connects without typing the password.

• Emergency contact card

  A printout with your phone number, the emergency number, and the nearest hospital and pharmacy.

• Reviews

  View and moderate guest reviews for a chosen venue — a review reaches the listing page only after you approve it.

• Biverio Host app

  Add Biverio to your phone's home screen — quicker access to your bookings and the suggested-actions list.

Outside the Tools tab, the venue editor also gives you calendar sync (iCal) — import blocked dates from Booking.com or Airbnb and share your own calendar, to avoid double bookings — and AI-generated descriptions that draft your listing text for you to refine.
