Want to rent out your property?
- Register and use the wizard to start your adventure with Biverio. Add the place you're renting out!
- Configure the appearance of the place website, add good-quality photos that reflect the character of your venue and highlight its advantages.
- Specify basic information, such as the maximum number of guests, minimum number of nights, and contact details.
- Configure the price calendar — set the rates you want to apply throughout the year.
- Publish your place so that it is visible at www.biverio.com/your-place and in our venue search.
- Share your venue link with potential guests to give them access to detailed information about your venue and give them the option to book online.
- As soon as you receive a booking request for a given date, open the booking manager and contact the guest to arrange payment. Once the guest has made a provisional or full payment, accept the booking so the confirmed dates are automatically blocked on your calendar.
